We have placed hand sanitizer dispensers around the reception and on Level -1.

We have marked 1.5 m of distance around the reception and installed a plexiglass divider over the counter.

Any time we give out or retrieve a key, we sanitize it with antimicrobial liquid.

We have separated the entrance and exit path using a system of arrows.

In common areas, we have placed markings on the floor to aid in social distancing.

At all entrances, we display posters that inform about social distancing, maximum numbers of people in lifts, hand sanitizing, and the mask mandate indoors.

We have divided the cleaning and maintenance staff into shifts in order to reduce contact. The morning and the afternoon shift do not meet.

We have reduced the turnover of security staff to the minimum.

In common area restrooms, we display proper handwashing instructions. Soap dispensers have been filled with antimicrobial soap.

We regularly sanitize lift buttons, door handles, turnstiles, light switches and other fittings that are often touched.

We follow the recommendations of the Polish State Hygiene Office on air-conditioning and ventilation.

• • We maintain the maximum capacity of ventilation units during the full day-and-night cycle.
  • We minimize or eliminate the share of air from recirculation or mixing.
  • We have set up mechanical ventilation in restrooms to the constant mode and maximum capacity.
  • We often perform maintenance on ventilation devices with special attention paid to safety procedures by the service staff.
